Not only did Blueprint Construction build us our main house, (10,100 sqft) but they also built us our guest house (2200 sqft) as well. They get a full 5 stars only because that is all the stars possible. They deserve 10. They were straightforward, honest, proactive and patient. They were fair, clear and in our corner. They asked questions and listened to our ideas (no matter how crazy) and concerns. They were, at times, even more particular than we were. They found and solved issues before we knew about them. Blueprint was referred to us by a colleague. Our house was designed with the help of a draftsman/architect along with the expertise of Blueprint. The guys at Blueprint (Corey, Daniel, Adam, Ricardo) were very helpful and attentive throughout the process. They operate with a high level of professionalism and transparency and were very responsive to our numerous requests. We used the Blueprint Construction Team for our home renovation and are delighted with the results. The team is professional, accessible, and they do excellent work.
