Friendly, fast and efficient. I called Carvery’s the morning after a prolonged power outage at our home resulting in our hot water heater failing. Reception was friendly and quickly dispatched TWO technicians who arrived within 3.5 hours. They called first to ensure someone was available. The techs went right to work to run diagnosis on the tank. They kept me well informed during this time. Using, what I believe, is curiousness and experimentation, they discovered a solution to what is an uncommon wiring configuration of my tank. Cost was $115 plus tax for 2 techs who had our hot water back slightly after lunch. I will not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing...read full review
I called a few other places before i settled on them. The secretary was very helpful over the phone, and was the reason i chose them (and the price she estimated). When the repair guy showed up, he was super kind, professional and helpful. Thanks guys!Service: General repairs
