“Editing my review as Wilsons did a great job rectifying this issue. I will say the phone system doesn’t make it easy to get to the right place whoch contributed tk my problem, but the credit team has been incredibly helpful and willing to work with the customer to make things easier.

Delivery is fine, no complaints. The billing department is my issue. I’ve reached out a couple of times over the spring/summer this year to set up equalized billing. Was promised a mailed form and when that didn‘t come, left a voicemail with finance and never got a call back. Now I’ve missed the deadline for equalized billing and was just passed to finance again to leave another voicemail. Why? So they can ignore me again? Please do better Wilsons. Its going to be a struggle for me to get this season’s first oil bill paid now and this was completely avoidable.“
