Had 2 heat pumps installed. Would have given 5 stars except for a couple of things, that worked out good in the end. Overall I was happy with the experience with Wilson’s. Electrical box had old style breakers that aren’t made anymore. Fortunately electrician was able to find 2 in his shop. He was not informed ahead of time.Sales person made an assumption that indoor unit could go where I wanted it without checking out side first. It happened to be right where my fireplace chimney was located. Had to put on the other side of my window. Not ideal, but ok. Apprentice installer did not install that unit evenly spaced between window and wall as I requested. Several inches...read full review

I recently had some mini splits installed by Wilson’s and they look and operate great. The quality and level of service from Troy was top notch. Taylor also done a great job on the installation. I would highly recommend Wilson’s to my friends

Cannot recommend wilsons enough. Our main point of contact has been with Troy who was absolutely amazing and compassionate through our whole experience! The guys on site doing the work were professional and patient with me when I asked a bunch of questions about the system. The company they contracted out to do the electrical was also professional and kind. Overall great experience and I feel like choosing wilsons for such a big purchase was a good decision for our family :)
