“Wow! The customer service at Miller Optometry Dartmouth Crossing is exceptional! My sister had undergone Lasik surgery many years ago and that, along with her current age-related vision issues, made for some interesting challenges to get the proper glasses. Jenna and Alison went out of their way to ensure that she had the proper eyewear for her needs, even when this required a lot of modifications to her lenses. I was so impressed with her success that I too went to Miller Optometry when I needed new glasses. “I came here to get an eye exam back in March of 2024. The receptionist was able to get me in quickly for an appointment which I really appreciated because I had broken my other glasses and I needed to get my eyes tested to update my prescription. After the eye exam, the two receptionists, Nilha and Korinne were very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to pick out new frames. When I finally saved enough money to buy 3 pairs of glasses, I returned and Nilha was again, very patient and helpful with me. With persistence, she found all 3 pairs of glasses that I had originally tried on back in March which made me extremely grateful. She took her time doing my measurements so that my glasses would fit well and gave me an exceptional price for all three pairs of glasses. Any optometry place would be very lucky to have Nilha as a part of their team!!!“
