Nothing but praise for the staff on Lacewood. Every procedure was explained to me by Nav and Dr. French, All charges were approved by me before procedures were done and the discounts and offers on the frames/lens were fully explained before I left. The front counter staff (Karine) was professional and friendly. All in all a good experience and what every consumer should expect from a professional operation.
Recently stopped in for an eye appointment and received a lot of help from the staff there picking on new frames and finding what was the best fit for me. Special shout out to Nilha, Katie, Korinne, and James for their helpfulness and patience going out of their way to find the perfect frames for me!
I have been going to Eyes on Lacewood for years , in fact my whole family has been going there as well ! Always have excellent interactions. Today went in to have my eyes checked and everyone was great , professional, courteous and knowledgeable ! Thanks to Nilha, Katie , Korinne and James and Dr Chow for the excellent care that I received ! 10/10 rating !!
