Nick was terrific when he came out to take a look at the space for an estimate for a new heat pump installation. He arrived right on time, a minute early to be exact! That may not be a big deal to some, but to me, it means a lot.

He took the time to explain what was needed and some of the features of the units and how they worked, something others didn’t do, they were in and out in under 20mins.

While others were suggesting bigger more expensive units, or trying to push me towards brands that I clearly indicated I was not interested in, Nick allowed me to choose the brand I was interested in and made the appropriate suggestions for what was needed for the space.

And finally, I received the estimate a day earlier than promised!

Now, the icing on the cake was the installation team! What wonderful employees they have! All very polite and professional, allowing me to interrupt them from time to time to ask questions. They did a phenomenal job on the installation and I couldn’t be more pleased.

After all was said and done, the only issue I had was I was left wondering why I didn’t do it sooner!
