“Out of many drop ins all around the world this box is solid top-3. Their Crossfit class is well guided with a solid warming up and focus on safe and technically correct movements. The vibr in the box is very open and friendly, the equipment is well organised and plentiful and the place is clean. Signing up is easy and the staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend and will return when able.“
“Leaving your comfort zone is one of the hardest and most important decisions you will ever make. For how many years, I’ve always wanted to get fit, be healthy and lose weight by going to the gym. I realized the hardest part about going to the gym is being there. Since I didn’t have that much guidance, my fitness goals have always been out of reach. And that was the time that I realized that I needed some push. Lo and behold, Goodlife Fitness has plenty of amazing gym trainers. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and nice. They have lots of equipment you can use and never get so busy. I initially signed up for 7 sessions only and now it already became part of my life. Not only that I achieve my fitness goal, but I was also able to build friendships with my mentor. Many thanks to Zack, for being patient and relentless in helping me keep up my motivation---and most importantly for realizing all of my potential. “GoodLife is a great gym with quality equipment, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. However, one drawback is the timing of the afternoon classes – most are scheduled between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. This can be difficult for those who work and have to commute, especially given the traffic around that time. A bit more flexibility with class times would make it easier for working members to attend regularly. Otherwise, it's a solid gym with a lot to offer!“
“Without a doubt the best GoodLife I’ve been to. I always found myself having a warm welcome every time I walked in from the staff; Sharon, Nicole, Fiona, Carley, just to name a few. The staff and management are excellent at making this facility run smoothly. I found the PTs to be super approachable for everyone of all skill levels as well (I found Brett and Lyle super helpful in their fields that pertained to my goals). Not to mention no matter the morning I come into the gym I always see Tim consistently cleaning the machines and keeping the place up to the standards a gym needs to be.
