“Dr. Machorro is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor and I was so grateful that she was my daughter’s pediatrician for the past year. As a parent, she always thoroughly explained everything we discussed at our visits and she encouraged questions. The few times my daughter was sick, we were able to schedule a visit for the day of to get her in to the office.There is room for improvement with regards to wait time, but in my experience that seems to be a problem at many doctor’s offices.“

“There is great staff at the place, they take care of you and understand your needs, I would have given 5 stars, I understand that a couple of bad apples don't represent the whole place, but if someone is having a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on the patients. I don't expect red carpet treatment, but the way some office clerks answer you back and make you feel inferior makes you not want to go back.“
