Richard Anaya PA ... excellent.. asks lots of questions and definitely gives you all the time that you need ... easy to talk to and has awesome follow through... changed our insurance to to stay with himDesiree ... kind of thrown into her position and was quick to pick up on all the tasks thrown her way ... very friendly and helpful and pleasant to talk to.. keep up the good work Desiree ?

The staff at Family Medicine of West Texas are fantastic and sincerely friendly. They go out of their way to help out the patients. I'm glad I switched to this office. They genuinely care about you. Don't get me wrong, you have to do your part as a patient. However, it is minimal compared to all they do for you. They are on top of things and usually they are waiting on other Medical Support Agencies for results and such. I recommend this Doctor's office to everyone. Call them. You won't regret it!!!?

I highly recommend this clinic, staff is very nice and friendly. They have always been there to answer any questions I might have. I always feel welcomed. Nurse Practitioners and Physicians explain everything thoroughly and take time to answer questions! It’s a great place and a wonderful environment. Highly recommend!
