Super helpful, friendly, and competent. Joy was great on the phone, and “not Joe” was great when I went in to get the parts I needed. Well stocked, organized, great atmosphere.
Top notch help, I owe Derek a big shoutout for working with me. Prior to coming in, I got a $2,500 quote from JustSprinklers to have my small, leaky residential system fixed with commercial level gear which was not at all what I needed. The JS guy gave me a bad sales pitch and left quickly when it looked like I wasn't biting (sometimes -- beware of the free estimate). I took some photos and went Winsupply, spoke to Derek and he got me set up with some rebuild kits for $150 and it completely took care of the problem. Many thanks to Derek and Winsupply for all the help
Great customer service, excellent top of the line products, and no messing around with online shopping/shipping or big box stores that sacrifice quality for lower prices. Way better price here than I found anywhere online which honestly was a surprise.
