Wanted to let you know how much we like the cabinets and what a fine job Joseph did installing everything. Our kitchen is completely transformed and is now both appealing and useful.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such lovely people at Raby Carpet. Mr. Raby was kind , helpful and not at all pushy. Every one that walked by us offered to help and seemed to work so well as a team. Amy, the designer, was gracious helpful and knowledgeable. We just needed a large area rug and when I found a high quality remnant to have bound, George was easy to work with. I can see how these people have been in business for 80 years! I will add a photo when everything is done!

Worse experience i have had Apparently Mark Rsby does not know the meaning of customer service. And lied to me after i went to hours and hundreds Iof dollars getting getting ready for an install that never happened. He fell to check the invoice until the day before it was scheduled and then informed me the morning of and lied to me that it couldn’t be done. In the meantime I’m supposed to un load 35 boxes wair until May or June and then load them again . In the meantime he offered no problem solving that might result in a resolution- only don’t do the install and be stuck with loading and unloading 35 boxes 2 times OR go ahead and do the install but it won’t look...read full review
