Stephon was able to fix my AC after Daniel's heating and plumbing company came out and misdiagnosed, blew my hvac board and transformer, tried charging me 3 times the quote, continually told me I need to just buy a brand new unit and then gave me faulty broken parts to try and make things better for their mistakes! Plumbing Express was the 4th company to come by to fix my AC but they were the first to actually not screw me over and fix it!!!
Lanni was incredibly helpful on the phone and charismatic. The rest of the team knew exactly what they were doing, and helped me feel comfortable and confident with my project getting completed.
Brandon was so personal, helped and kept me in the know the whole time he was working. I was even allowed to watch him as he used the camera to check out the pipes. Loved the quick, effective, hard work they did.
