They were so very kind when we had to put down our beloved dog in May. It went smoothly and helped us say goodbye. Where it went wonky was they spelled the name of my dog wrong on the keepsake paw print for our son. You can't just remake it and that upset us. I have been back with care for my puppy but that one mistake did make it more difficult for our son who just lost his best friend

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. From the staff at the front office, so the vet technicians, the veterinarians they all show the utmost competence, generosity and compassion for myself and most importantly my pets. My beagle, Lucy is ageing and experiencing heart issues. I brought her in for an echocardiogram and she had a syncope episode. Their team brought her back and saved my little girl. She feels great today and I thank them for ability to comfort and revive Lucy. I trust them with Lucy and you should trust them with your loved ones. While they waited for the echocardiogram technician to arrive, they let me stay in a room of theirs despite being very busy. They could have asked me to wait in my car, but they didn't. The entire time I was there they made me feel like an MVP and I'm sure they do that to all of their clients. Their generosity is also immense. I (and Lucy) had a very rough day that day. When I checked out, they presented me with the bill, but I was also told they was their "Pay it forward" client, and they would comp the bill. This was not a small number, but they forgave the entire bill. I will never forget this. Thank you Eubank Animal Clinic, from front to back all of you were a dream come true.
