Dr. Hood and Kadesha were extremely compassionate and professional as they assisted in putting down our family cat of 11 years. Their level of customer service was extraordinary and they helped make a very sad situation slightly more bearable. Thank you, Dr. Hood and Kadesha, for your kind, compassionate, and professional service.
I tried a few other places and regretted it. TLC is the best, in my opinion. They have been so welcoming and supportive. They truly seem to just want to be there for pets and their owners.
TLC was amazing. With an unfortunate event unfolding (euthanasia of my 13 year old pit/lab) the wonderful souls here handled my plight with such grace and dignity. I am forever grateful for the care, attention, and delicacy that they used in my situation. Here's to hoping euthanasia isn't on the table anytime soon for you but if is, these people will take care of you and your loved one.
