DNA came and did a thorough review on the completed roof. The insurance company said they didn't receive pictures of roof from my insurance agent twice. Much smaller job to just do maintenance than an entire new roof. This small job was promptly scheduled, done on time and well. “I contacted Thompson's to have them turn off my air conditioner and start up my heater. I have never used them before so this was my first time working with them. The administrative assistant who answers the phone is incredible. She is super friendly, will help you figure out a time to schedule your service, and does it all with a pleasant and professional attitude. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a really long time and it's greatly appreciated. Prem came out to perform the service and to give me a quote on a small job that I have. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He really talked me through an issue I'm having with my heating and cooling and gave me some different ideas for what might work best. Again, I haven't had this level of customer service in a really long time. Although he is not generally one of the people who does the start up and shutdowns, he jumped in because they are busy at this time of year. Teamwork! Wahoo! I was really pleased when I got the bill for the service which was a lot less than what I've been paying. Granted I did get a rebate because they did a check on my gas to make sure that everything is working properly and safely. So next time it'll be around what I'm used to paying. At any rate, none of the other plumbing companies with whom I've worked have offered to check my gas and get the rebate so I really appreciate it that Thompson's was looking out for me. I will definitely be using Thompson's again and I've already spoken with them about some issues we will be addressing in the spring. I highly recommend Thompson's. You will be guaranteed excellent customer service and a good value.“

“Finally found a competent, honest roofer after 2 other roofer disasters. I called Mauricio for help to repair ....a new roof from another roofer! Crazy that the first roofer came back twice to fix leaks that they caused! Mauricio came and inspected the roof, showed me photos of the improperly installed "new" roof, and gave me an estimate. He came when agreed and thoroughly and properly repaired the roof. No more leaks. I wish I had found Hi-Tech from the start. It would have saved me from a huge expense and aggravation. Very highly recommend!!!!“

“7am they started tearing off the old shingles on the house, inspected everything, fixed what needed fixed, and here it is almost 3pm, and they almost finished. All new singles and underlayment. Of course they had 9 people one the job, very organized and experienced I what I seen.Great Job“

It was a big job that included removing and reinstalling solar panels and the crew worked from 7 to 7 each day in order to complete the job in four days.
