Initially everything was great. We had moved and wanted the entire house re-done before the furniture arrived. Although we had to wait on flooring they assured us they had, (no -it had to ordered), everything (flooring and carpet) got installed on time. Two and a half years later, we noticed some of the flooring was puckering in different places. Many calls asking for someone to come out and give us an estimate to fix it resulted in nothing. They kept saying they would give my number to their contractors, but no one ever called. I'm not sure why they couldn't just call them to come out or give me the numbers. We finally found someone else to do the work and in one area discovered that the reason for the pucker was a water leak. Upon going to C&C to get replacement flooring, we reiterated that we had called them numerous times, they said they'd pass on our number and no one called. Their response? "Yeah, we have that problem, too." They said they didn't carry that flooring any more and made no attempt to look it up or order for us, just referred us to another company that "definitely had it." Didn't even call that place. Of course we went and they didn't have it, but at least the other company was service related enough to look things up for us. While I realize a water leak isn't their problem, when the panels were pulled up, we saw that the concrete on which the flooring was placed had no patches or attempt to smooth out the base before laying down the panels. Maybe this was the contractor, but this place washes their hands of you once you buy their products. If you decide to use them due to a better price, I hope you know enough (we didn't) to watch over the installers and make sure they're doing everything properly. Good luck getting any kind of follow-up customer service.

I feed a lot of stray cats I use the carpet to make shelters for them. Cash and Carry carpet always has remnants very reasonable and they're very friendly I recommend you give them a try they have a lot to choose from and fair prices.

Awesome deal on a remnant and installation for a walk-in closet. Installation was fast and scheduled quickly. Overall a really good option for smaller jobs.Minus one star as female staff was not wearing masks in the office when I came in, and never put it on while I was there. So, they're not taking Covid seriously- good to know before you go in.
