“Earnest and his daughter helped us to select a beautiful antique rug for our den, after we looked through many style options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the provenance of all the rugs he had on display from various countries, and took time to answer all our questions and to explain the meanings of the different colors and markings used by the modern and the older weavers. I had done my homework before we went to the rug gallery, so I knew what prices to expect. Earnest offered a very fair price for the rug we purchased, lower than I had seen in my homework. The rug was promptly shipped by the gallery to our home without any problems and arrived in good condition with a special rug pad that Earnest precut to fit our rug exactly.
