Brent's technician came by to give estimate on what appeared to be straight forward replacement of HVAC part (appeared to charge for this). The estimate seemed fair but more than another estimate we got from another reputable plumber who didn't have oppening on his schedule for a couple of weeks. We did mention to him wanting a cost effective part placement for our old system. He returned a couple of days later, checked in with us and quickly did the part replacement. Only did we find out when he presented the bill, which was to us significantly more than the estimate. We find his behavior toward us to be disrespectful and unprofessional in not reporting the much greater final estimated cost to us before he started!! It appeared that he also did not regard our request for less expensive cost.
