I was ignored by my home warranty First American Home Warranty(do not use them) so I reached out to Mark at Accord Plumbing and Heating through a friend. Mark showed up early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the correct part and installed the fan motor that night. Most companies would have left me without A/C all night.He performed the proper maintenance, ensured the a/c unit worked properly, and left everything clean and orderly. This weekend 7/15/23 my A/C broke. Yes, during a heat wave! I was referred to Mark Lopez who owns Accord Air Conditioning and Heating. With all the work he has going on this time of year, he managed to fit me in within 24 hours. He showed up at my house, came in, opened up the closet unit, turned on a few things, got up on the roof, and immediately figured out what was not working! He was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix my unit immediately. He wasted no time at all. His pricing was very reasonable and he has called back to make sure my unit is working.
