I have used this plumbing company for almost 7 years. They are one of the most honest and reasonably priced plumbing shop in the entire city of Albuquerque and I won’t say that lightly about any business in Albuquerque! Everyone at this business is so pleasant to work with from Rhonda or Shelly, who answer the phone to Dereck, who comes to do the work.
I called Academy asking for a part for my furnace. I was directed to a service rep who asked a few questions and made a couple of suggestions, before selling me a part that can't be returned. I found and fixed the problem quickly. So grateful to save a few bucks! Thanks for the courteous, free help!! I'll remember that when I can't fix it myself.
Derick and Bill replaced my 18 year old water heater with a tankless water heater. Derick spent quite a bit of time researching to find the correct water heater that would work with our existing gas lines and house size. There was a lot refitting and new piping. They did an excellent job! They were very professional, polite and neat. There was an adjustment that had to be made after they left and Derick came back and fixed the problem and the water heater and recirculating feature work great. There pricing was very fair. I will use Academy for all my future plumbing needs.Service: Boiler installation
