“What a life saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out , it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of there way to help in any way they can. Asked to have it replaced and the story was they could not get that part anymore along with a bad attitude. So I called the company and they sent out two for FREE and gave me no problem about it. I'm sorry sometimes its the little things that keep your customers FOR OVER 20 YEARS so I no longer deal with them.Service: A/C system maintenance“

“First, I used Christian in 2004 to replace an aging system. Back then, they were very honest. Second, I will say that I had Scott come out twice and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained in layman's terms. I am a senior citizen who has to work part-time to make ends meet. Scott said that the system needs to be updated. It will go out in the near future. Instead of being reactive, I decided to be proactive. Mike came out and gave me information for a new system. It was over my budget but who wants to be cold in the winter and hot in summer. He listed what I needed including floorboards added to the attic floor. The crew came to install and I asked about the floorboards and the UV air cleaner. The crew said no to the floorboards and the UV cleaner had to be delivered. Always ask about what you have paid for from Christian. The team did add the floor boards after I kept questioning the reasons to the management team. They did a good job and cleaned the area after they completed the job.“

“I have nothing but praise for SPS Mechanical. They were able to fix our sewage line at half the price that Rotor Rooter was going to charge - just by looking at the job carefully. Instead of tearing up the whole line they just installed two good cleanouts. They did it on time under emergency conditions.Service: Toilet repair“
