Satsang Yoga has the highest caliber teachers. Each is different yet there is a consistency in strong knowledge and exceptional teaching skills. It's wonderful to have a variety of choices when looking for a class. I'm always assured that I will be attending a well planned and thought out class. I am confident that my safety is considered and I can be as challenged in a class as I want. Students can find what they need no matter their level. The owners are also lovely and eager to help you start your yoga journey or expand an existing practice. I feel so fortunate to have this studio and yoga family, as I've been attending for over 15 years.

My husband and I were in town for his high school reunion and we dropped into this studio. We loved everything about it. The people were all welcoming and the yoga was awesome. One the best studios I have visited which we often do while traveling.

I have been enrolled in the Masters class at Satsang Yoga studio for five years. The masters class consists of men and woman who range in age from 60’s to 70’’s. Andrea conducts this class with consideration of our physical limitations. She always starts class with a thought provoking poem or soulful theme. Many of our poses are completed using a chair, blocks, and other aides to enhance our performance and make us feel like true “masters”!
