“I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or all of those. Unfortunately as many of us do, I have one of those nosy 'Karen' neighbors from hell and Reinaldo came up with a great suggestion. I'm hoping to hire him for the additional project sooner rather than later I highly recommend Fences 4 Us to anyone who may need installation or removal.“
