“I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or all of those. Unfortunately as many of us do, I have one of those nosy 'Karen' neighbors from hell and Reinaldo came up with a great suggestion. I'm hoping to hire him for the additional project sooner rather than later I highly recommend Fences 4 Us to anyone who may need installation or removal.“

“This is a progress review of the work being done by Home Improvements By Tony. My husband and I decided to renovate our master bathroom and after reading its reviews online, we asked HIBT to provide us with an estimate. We selected HIBT for the work because they provided us with a competitive proposal and even more importantly, because of the general feel we got from our numerous discussions with Tony. It was very clear from our initial meeting that Tony knows what he's talking about, and cares about what he does. In addition, one of my biggest concerns with undertaking this project was an absent project manager. I can assure you that this won't be the case with Tony. Tony takes every phone call, responds to every text and is often at our house checking up on the progress.I'm also in disbelief how organized the project schedule is. We started the project 10 days ago and Tony has had everything scheduled perfectly to minimize any down time and keep the project moving along. They have been putting in full days in the bathroom and so far have done the demo, floors, walls, ceiling, and now tiling. They have been fantastic. They've kept the work area extremely clean and I've been thrilled with the quality of their work. We've also had the plumber and electrician in, as well as separate inspections done for each of those. I've heard horror stories of these projects getting very drawn out, but thanks to HIBT, we have no idea how that feels. As Tony has told me numerous times, there are no issues, only solutions. He truly lives by that motto and that has made our lives so easy during this process.“
