“Came in to ask about upgrading a laptop. Gentleman took a few days to evaluate but told me not worth it and didn't charge for his time. Could have given me a song and dance with a big list of upgrades to fill his cash register that I wouldn't know were worthless. He didn't. That shows some principles to me. Can't talk about his skill but I would trust him to do things right.“
