My computer froze, putting me at a standstill until I could get this figured out. I emailed Abuzz and within minutes I received a response, was able to drop off my computer and 4 hours latter they personally delivered my computer back in working order- great job!!
Rick saved our businesses. We had total stoppage of our online sites and activities due to phishing / malware (not exactly sure of the tech here---all I know, it was techageddon in our world). The Geek Squad and other support tried for a couple of weeks and failed to fixed the problems. Rick solved my problems in a few days. He was available, responsive---highly recommend.
Rick is without a doubt the best IT support I have ever worked with. Not only is he wildly knowledgeable in his field he knows how to take initiative and implement processes and products that help my business run more efficiently!
