“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.“

“Dr. Wilson has been our vet for 20+ years. He's taken care of 2 dogs and 7 or 8 cats through the years. He's been knowledgeable and kind towards all the cats, even the ones that aren't happy to be there and give him a hard time. Somehow he gets them to calm down and allow him to look them over. His prices are fair too. Staff are friendly as well.“

“Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion. “We brought our dog here after he was diagnosed with Stage 3 lymphoma. We started him on a chemotherapy protocol after much discussion about different types and what type of outcome they may have. I have worked in oncology research for the last 12 years, so I am very well versed in chemo protocols and lymphoma treatment and plans, and they had many options to choose from based on his expected outcome (which was poor because he had a T cell lymphoma which is very aggressive). We went to the clinic weekly, got to know the techs and staff very well. I understand that since this is also an Emergency clinic, people do not always have the best outcomes, but we had nothing but a great experience. Our dog was happy to visit his new friends, and he was treated so well. I was able to have honest and thorough conversations with the doctors (because of my background I had a lot of questions and experiences), and they always took the time to have a discussion with me. The place is so busy, especially in the oncology side, and I hadn't spoken to one person there who had had a bad experience either. Unfortunately, we lost our dog after he relapsed twice, but he made it two more months without treatment, and had a high quality of life. The doctors at AERA always kept in touch with my regular vet, so he always knew what our status was, and after we had to make the difficult decision that it was time, our vet called AERA to let the staff know. We immediately received a phone call from Dr. Alsarraf expressing her sympathy. She had said to me at one of our visits for treatment, that our pup was the happiest guy she ever met. It meant a lot that they could reach out during that time, even though we hadn't seen them in a couple of months. I could go on and on, but if you are local to the area, and are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, I think this is an amazing place to end up.“

“We had a very hard day but want people to know that Packanack Animal Hospital eased the pain of losing our beloved Rajah, a Bengal who we've loved for 14 years. I can't begin to express how grateful we are for the compassion and care we received from Dr Gonzaga and Kiri today. So hard to say goodbye to our girl but knowing how gently and peacefully Rajah left us made it easier to accept. From the beginning to end of life this place takes loving and professional care of our fur babies. I would t think of taking our babies anywhere else.“

“Some people are quick to leave a bad review about Dr. Nergrin. But they will not tell you she never turns a patient away. If you walk into her hospital with an emergency, she will treat your pet the best she can with minimum staffing and equipment. They also do not write reviews. Saying she was trying to work right after having major surgery just not to let her clients down. People need to respect her time and schedule their appointments accordingly. Suppose you will not show a simple phone call to cancel is so easy. They also say her staff doesn't answer the phones. How can she if she's helping the doctor? Before you try to tarnish someone's reputation, it doesn't hurt to ask questions, but instead, some of you guys' feelings get hurt because YOUR pet wasn’t seen promptly, and you want to write a bad review. It is funny that you guys still go to her practice. If any of my dogs are sick or are not eating whatever, I will take them to the emergency vet. But some of you do not have common sense. She’s damn near a one-person team, and you folks think she’s supposed to be superwoman. Lastly, she doesn't make you get unnecessary things for your pet like most vets.
