“I called Andy and he responded and asked me for my address. He was really close by and he and his son came quickly and repaired the issue we had in our crawl space which was a loose nut on one of the shower pipes and also the AC drain line was clogged and that was fixed and then connected to the sump pump in our crawl space. Rocco and Max quickly determined that the water supply pipe to the toilet was cracked. They efficiently worked together and got the plumbing repaired very quickly, at the price Rocco quoted. “Heat gave out a day before we were leaving town for 6 days. Deanna sent someone out immediately. Billy came and did his due diligence to dx the issue and advised that we needed to replace furnace asap. While we were away they replaced it (next day) & Billy came back after we got back to ensure everything was in good working order. Professional, efficient & easy to work with (rare these days). “James from Filan and Conner installed a new Kohler faucet. Great plumber and very personable. He came out two weeks earlier and diagnosed it was an issue with the four-year-old Kohler faucet that had a lifetime warranty. He suggested that Kohler needed to send a completely new faucet due to the electronics of the existing faucet possibly being damaged. Kohler supplied a new faucet under their warranty.“
