“We can’t thank Rob enough for all his help with our 2 year old Bernedoodle. He is 70ish pounds and knew the basics but had some behavioral issues when it came to being around our toddler as well as new people. Rob was able to truly understand what our dog needed emotionally and physically, despite our pup not having a typical dog's demeanor. He may look super cute and friendly, but in reality, he is extremely afraid of everything and anything that comes in his way. With the tools Rob has given us to understand our dog, we are finally able to have company stop by in peace rather than complete chaos. My toddler can walk around with food and not be terrified that the dog is going to steal it right out of his hand.Many family members noticed the difference in him already and that is all I could ask for. It is important that they are aware of his needs too. We can’t emphasize enough how important it is to stick to the tools that Rob has taught our dog and us.Sometimes we have to go back to basics but nothing a little reminder can’t fix! We are so grateful that Rob was our trainer and we highly recommend him! If I were ever to get another dog we would definitely have him train the dog right from the start!“

Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. “I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Lynn, Kathy and the entire staff here. My baby Marley crossed the Rainbow Bridge this past Sunday afternoon. Dr. Lynn and her staff gave me extra time with Marley. They took extra good care of her. Anytime we hit a hurdle l, they worked with me on changing her medication, making time in their schedule to see her, comforted me through all the rough times while Marley was in hospice. I highly recommend their services and, yes I know the cost of vet care is expensive, but they always went above and beyond for my Marley. I can never thank them enough for the extra time they gave me to spend with my girl, and kept her comfortable in her last days. But I will try THANK YOU!!!“
