“I have been with Riverside for 22 years and through out the years there has been many changes some good some not. I recently was thinking about changing pediatrician due to the poor customer service skills by the staff and lack of urgency at both Secaucus and this location. But I have changed my mind after dealing with Gina she has been an amazing addition to the Union City office. My nephew was very sick and I was able to take him in and was received by Gina who rush to get us set up in a room and seen by a doctor in a timely fashion. I am beyond grateful to her and look forward to seeing her and her staff at the Union City office from now on.“

The office was meticulous and the staff was beyond welcoming. Check-in was seamless and they were thorough with assessing and diagnosing my child. They even provided motrin for his fever.
