Would be 5 stars because overall it's a smooth clinic [C19 & Flu rapid test within 15 mins] ...but I want to warn Black women not to let your guard down, personally. *Other races can scroll to other reviews.* BW: Go in ready to defend your basic human feelings against anyone who tells you that you're fine. The receptionist(s) and nurses (usually minorities in my experience) are usually very very nice and comforting to a point that you feel like you can merely state how you feel once you're in the exam room... and then the Caucasian doctor comes in with a very oblivious, condescending energy. I'm so grateful with this city MD not even in the hospital can I find a best doctor like here, also Gaston the Medical assistant he is so amazing and professional. Thank you for everything ❤️

This facility is the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been. The location is so convenient, check-in was robust, and the doctor, assistant and receptionist were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I had to go in this morning, and the assistant was so helpful (sorry I don’t know how to spell his name). I had a really good vital check and test experience with him. Dr. Klein was great! She immediately diagnosed me and was so patient with me. She was really taking her time talking to me. The whole experience made my rough situation much better. Thank you!
