I was visiting from out of state and had rented a bike to get around the city, while I was biking I dropped my phone and ran over it with the bike, my protective screen was completed destroyed. I called in and asked if I could come to get the protective screen replaced, got there and 20 mins after my initial call my screen was replaced for a good price and I was on my way. I had an issue with my phone battery and the person that helped me with it was very respectful, direct and honest and told me the issue that my battery had which was very fire hazardous. He was very knowledgeable in technology and very quick with replacing the battery (under 5 mins).
