These guys are professional and very direct. I had an issue with my phone battery and the person that helped me with it was very respectful, direct and honest and told me the issue that my battery had which was very fire hazardous. He was very knowledgeable in technology and very quick with replacing the battery (under 5 mins). In terms of his pricing, he didn’t charge me much at all compared to the other phone rapid shops I’ve been. All in all this is a5 start review.
