A garden Florist by Karina was rather most exceptional, excellent service I have ever received. It was my daughter's 50th birthday and I had been sick and wanted flowers and a balloon delivered to her on March 12th which is her birthday. I looked up florists in Union City and found G Katrina who was so helpful and efficient and I wanted a flower arrangement shaped like a birthday cake and a balloon delivered that day which I thought would be impossible, but Karina ensured me she could do it and get it out to her that day which was a Saturday. I told her when I wanted it delivered and sure enough, it was there with not one balloon shaped like a cake also, but big beautiful You are Fabulous balloon that Karina added and didn't even charge me for!! She sent me a picture of the arrangement which was beautiful, but my daughter sent me another picture with both balloons and I was so choked up when I saw it, I had tears in my eyes. If you live in New York or New Jersey, you must order from this extremely nice lady who privately owns this business. I was so happy with her unbelievable service, I could never express my gratitude for such beautiful work and the extra touch of the second balloon. This is the very best service ever from a vendor especially at the last moment. Thank you Karina for a job well done!!!!!
