    Flower arrangement was beautiful upon delivery however flowers were wilting by next day. Greenery had some sort of disease or bugs on the leaves and were dried out. Tried to get replacement however that turned into a fiasco with the owner demanding return of the original arrangement "b/c he doesn't sell bad flowers"; has lost sight of all customer service. Entire arrangement was dead within 5 days of delivery so that's $100 lost. Save your money and go to Trader Joe's where you can make a beautiful bouquet yourself for much less and no nasty attitude from someone that obviously doesn't enjoy his business anymore.

    Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I requested an arrangement of 4 dozen red roses = 48 roses well advanced in the morning to pick up in the afternoon. I spoke to the manager (Gus) if he could make may arrangement as shown in the picture I provided, he assured it will be the same and then requested a full payment in advance. I was desperate and in a hurry for roses so I decided to agree to the payment. Arrived later for pickup and was given exactly what I didn't ask for plus it looked skimpy on roses. I made the lady count the roses while this guy (Gus)hovered over us saying "there's 48 roses in there" with a mean attitude. The lady counted 3 time and guess what!!??? It was missing "7" roses!!! The manager sure enough started blaming the helper and kept trying to discipline her on her mistake in the back room but not once did he apologize to me for trying to correct me or for the mistake of his company. So instead of being in and out for my pickup, I remained in the store for another 20 minutes while they redid the arrangement. They had no clue on how to duplicate the picture I provided, I felt so sorry for the helper that I just took the roses and didn't complain. I told the manager (Gus) it's ok if she messed up, just please correct it. He just looked at me and turn his back and walked away! Worst experience ever, if I didn't need the roses desperately I would of corrected him myself, such a rude man that mistreats his employees. Please stay away from this business.

    I cannot believe this shop is still in business. They are rude, insulting and flippant when asked for help with an incorrect order. They are very disorganized and deceptive.I ordered the Sweet Azalea Delight. It was a pink azalea plant in the photos. I had it sent from a local florist near my daughter to help out a local business. I wrote out a special message and signed it from Mom. My daughter received a succulent, spray painted pink. And the message left off my name. She didn't know who it came from. When I finally asked if she received it, she told me what was delivered and that there was no name.That was very disappointing alone. But when I called this Summit Flower Shop the first thing the gruff man said to me was, " Are you sure you have the right shop?" (I called the number directly from their invoice.) Then I gave him the order number, the date ordered and delivered and the address it was delivered to. He said he had to look it up through the address. He asked if it were some other address. I said no and repeated the address and reminded him I had the order number if he needed it. Then he said well this was a long time ago. (17 days) I reminded him that my daughter didn't have a name on the order. He said most people love their deliveries and don't complain. That they just like whatever they get on Mother's Day. I told him I would feel that way if it weren't so far different from what I'd ordered, without a call to let me know and with my name missing on the card. He sarcastically said "Oh I guess the customer's always right." He said he couldn't find the order. I asked him if he was going to help make the order right and he said no. He said it was too late. This is such incredibly poor customer service I am compelled to write this review although I try to stick to positive reviews. This was just an outrageous response. I want to let others know my experience to save this from happening to others.
