I was switching dentists and found Damore Dentistry and I'm so grateful that I did. I have severe anxiety due to multiple traumas when it comes to the dentist and was quietly panicking when I got there. The front desk staff is very welcoming amd the office is clean and beautifully done. Jayne called me back for my appointment and talked with me for quite a bit as I nervously rambled on about all my concerns and history. I felt very comfortable with her and she listened patiently. Then Ashley came and spoke with me and also listened patiently and made me feel very comfortable and safe. Both her and Jayne were very supportive and accomodating to my needs. I have two new appointments coming up and I feel confident that I am in good hands. I want to extend a warm thank you to everyone....you are all deeply appreciated.“

“Dr. Anthony Calandra and his staff are beyond excellent! I can honestly say that I do not have one complaint about this office. From the second you walk in the door until you leave everyone is great. I once called there on a fourth of July weekend and Dr. Calandra said for us to meet him in the office. He took care of my husband after hours and was so kind. I don't know where you can find this kind of care. He loves what he does and he cares as well as his staff. There are just not enough stars to give this office they are that good. I have referred family and friends to this office. When you go there you feel as if you are part of everyone's family. We share stories of our families then it is down to business. He really cares about all of his patients. I absolutely love this office!“

“I have an intense fear of needles and dentists and anything medical due to a couple traumatic experiences as a kid. Ruined me forever. As a result I know I have to take extra care of myself to avoid treatments as much as possible. After years of avoiding the dentist I finally decided to go. I chose cleary because if the stellar reputation they have. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt like part of their family. Every single staff member was extremely pleasant, re-assuring and helpful. Most important to me was how understanding they were of my fears. Jill was my hygienist. Such a knowledgeable, sweet and amazingly skilled professional. I straight up told her I’m a baby. She did everything to make me feel comfortable. She even bought a new stress ball for me to play with during the procedure. X-rays were done. Everything was in perfect shape, except I needed a deep clean since it’s been I don’t know how many years. My anxiety shot up a bit because I know you need needles to numb your mouth for it. The doctor came in, did her inspection an administered the shots slowly and walked me through the process minute by minute. Then it was over and I couldn’t feel a thing. Jill then started the cleaning which lasted maybe a half hour. It was oddly relaxing. Didn’t feel any discomfort the entire time. I will now be going on a regular basis so I can avoid a deep clean in the future and the shots LOL. Seriously though. I can’t recommend anymore more. I was a nervous wreck for weeks leading up to this appointment and now I’m actually looking forward to going back and seeing them. Thank you so much! I told Jill she’s stuck with me until she retires at this point!“

“Wish there were a “love” button for this practice, “like” is an under statement. HUSBAND and I BOTH go to this practice. One day my husband comes home from the dentist, happy as it gets ranting & raving about his experience w/ both hygienist & dentist! He couldn't remember names but was astonished his teeth were as clean as they were - without any bleeding during the process - unprecedented. I just came back from seeing the hygienist Sheila & Dr. Bunia & I too am ranting / raving what seem like the same experience. Turns out - was had the same duo : SHEILA & BUNIA! They are both so good at what they do, so incredibly nice, respectful...and my teeth are the cleanest they have ever been - without bleeding/ dread scheduling the next appointment. Hubby and I are so fortunate we found this practice, they are truly THE BEST.“

“My first visit to Ocean Dentistry in Cherry Hill. The staff was very friendly. The hygienist Sara was very thorough and knowledgeable. Dentist Yang Ruan DMD addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. My gums/teeth are sensitive so I appreciated that they were both gentle while probing my mouth. I was very impressed by the office and will be returning in six months for my next visit!“

“I'd give five stars if it wasn't for my last 10 minutes at the office. My hygienist was wonderful and she was very, very thorough. I had already been thinking, I need to tell my husband to come here. However, once I saw the dentist at the end of my visit, I was informed that I really should have my one impacted wisdom tooth removed despite it not bothering me (which is fine). He told me he'd give me a referral since they don't have an ortho there in their own office (also fine). Once I got to the front desk though, rather than being given a piece of paper with a phone number to contact this separate office, I was handed the telephone to make my consult for the wisdom tooth removal. There was a person on the other line trying to get an appt on the calendar. I was unaware that this was happening and it felt very forceful -- like a hard close on getting the surgery done. I did not like this, and it left a bad taste in my mouth (for lack of better words). It honestly made me rethink even going back, despite the rest of my experience being close to perfect. It also wasn't explained to me that this was a DAG ortho; at that time, I'm thinking they called somewhere else to give my wisdom tooth business, so that they could get a percentage. It just felt strange and should have been communicated/handled much differently.“
