“I had an appointment yesterday, and when I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I had a root canal done by Dr. Quick and she is awesome. She explained everything and she makes you feel so comfortable and the assistant was also awesome as well. Great experience with caring and professional staff.“

“I have been on this journey with a dental issue that started during covid.Never having issues before. I have had some dentists and specialists that have tried to help and others that discounted my issue quickly. Also finding a dentist in your network that you like can be difficult as costs add up. On recommendations from others I went to Sullivan and Turner Dentistry.And they were in my network. I met with Dr. Turner and his assistant and I felt heard after explaining to him everything I have been through. He even is going to reach out to the oral specialist for me as we try to get a plan in place. He explained the options and what we can try moving forward. Although we have not started any processes yet I am hoping Dr. Turner and the practice will get me to a better place and hopefully some relief.I at least feel heard and have some hope. The lady that made my cleaning appointment I saw at checkout I think her name was Cathy was so nice also. I usually do not leave reviews but thought it necessary bc this practice seems to care.“

“I'd give five stars if it wasn't for my last 10 minutes at the office. My hygienist was wonderful and she was very, very thorough. I had already been thinking, I need to tell my husband to come here. However, once I saw the dentist at the end of my visit, I was informed that I really should have my one impacted wisdom tooth removed despite it not bothering me (which is fine). He told me he'd give me a referral since they don't have an ortho there in their own office (also fine). Once I got to the front desk though, rather than being given a piece of paper with a phone number to contact this separate office, I was handed the telephone to make my consult for the wisdom tooth removal. There was a person on the other line trying to get an appt on the calendar. I was unaware that this was happening and it felt very forceful -- like a hard close on getting the surgery done. I did not like this, and it left a bad taste in my mouth (for lack of better words). It honestly made me rethink even going back, despite the rest of my experience being close to perfect. It also wasn't explained to me that this was a DAG ortho; at that time, I'm thinking they called somewhere else to give my wisdom tooth business, so that they could get a percentage. It just felt strange and should have been communicated/handled much differently.“

“Dr. Anthony Calandra and his staff are beyond excellent! I can honestly say that I do not have one complaint about this office. From the second you walk in the door until you leave everyone is great. I once called there on a fourth of July weekend and Dr. Calandra said for us to meet him in the office. He took care of my husband after hours and was so kind. I don't know where you can find this kind of care. He loves what he does and he cares as well as his staff. There are just not enough stars to give this office they are that good. I have referred family and friends to this office. When you go there you feel as if you are part of everyone's family. We share stories of our families then it is down to business. He really cares about all of his patients. I absolutely love this office!“

Addressing problems that I knew were there after my dentist just about blew the problems under the table.
