“It’s never a good sign when you are adjusting the temperature in your shower with a single handle and it comes off in your hand. The bathroom in our 110 year old house was “updated” in the 1950’s. A 7am call to AA Plumbing and Heating was answered with a visit by 8am the same day. A tireless search by Maddy for a replacement part resulted in a cost effective solution to what could have been a much more expensive replacement unit.A recent install of a new faucet made for a perfect match!The entire AA Plumbing team is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable of all things related to plumbing and heating. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest. “Matt from sales came to our home after a tech earlier diagnosed the problem as a freon leak and the system needed replacement. After 25 years it was not a surprise. Matt took measurements, checked our existing installation and presidented multiple options. He was very informative and patient with all our questions. Fast forward today Cirilo and Justin arrived 8am and got immediately to work replacing our old system with a new one. They were polite, kept our home clean, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. They are a credit to their company and it was a pleasure having them in our home.
