We got hit with a leak on the roof in one of kids bedrooms and Floor issues in our family and living rooms after strong winds and rain hit our Area. “December 2023The clean-up of water flood damage in my basement was done by Russell RDC Restoration. I had more water than in a swimming pool. It was efficient and done promptly. 1) The knowledge and execution of water that needed to be expelled. 2) Taking pictures from start to finish. 3) The fans are a part of their equipment and solutions to stop the mold. 4) Helpful collection by the crew to go through all of my water-damaged material with me and dispose of it all. I was provided with a Restoration Report that details each aspect of the process. The owner worked with my insurance then I learned I had to send all the information to my mortgage company with additional documents needed. I will refer this company to anyone their customer service, professionalism, and patience were excellent.“

“I worked with Darek and Jerry from Jersey Dry Waterproofing because we constantly had water coming into our basement and I can 100% recommend them to anybody. Key things I want to highlight are the quality of work, their wiligness to customize their service depending on your needs, and their professional / non-commercial process (from initial consultation to final delivery).When we were shopping for basement waterproofing companies, we compared 3 different companies with high Google ratings in ther Jersey City area. Other companies had an overly complicated product, did not offer similar value for money, and/or were extermely commercial / aggressive during the initial consultation phase.Jersey Dry Waterproofing ultimatelely convinced us, because they took the time up front to explain all the work in detail. Darek came to our house twice to make sure he can best customize their offering to our needs. In addition, Jersey Dry was the only company that offered to take care of the building permit process incl. filings at the Jersey City City Hall.Once we signed the contract with Jersey Dry and after paying a small deposit, the team scheduled 3-4 days to complete the job. The constuction team was lead by Jerry and they did an excellent job keeping our belongings clean, reducing noise levels to a minimum (we had a baby in the house during the project and we didn't hear a thing), and keeping me up to date with progress. After 4 days, the job was completed and the team left the basement cleaner than they found it. One thing to highlight is that Jerry invested extra time to make sure that all our needs were met. In particular, we asked him to color the exterior discharge pipe and place it at a more difficult location than initially estimated.We are extremely happy with the whole experience and our waterproofed basement.
