We went on vacation and came back to a flooded basement due to a water treatment tank bursting. RDC came out within an hour of our basement flooding. They sucked up all the water, took out the damage and installed fans in HOURS! They came by every evening to check on the moisture levels and how the fans were running. They were able to save some carpeting by going the extra mile. I was so impressed and amazed with their professionalism, responsiveness and pleasantness! RDC was excellent in handling my water damage cleanup in my flooded finished basement after I had my sump pump stop working. They helped guide me with the insurance claim and they handled every aspect of the cleanup and drying. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of restoration. They really went above & beyond, exceeding my expectations. My basement is completely dry and ready for new drywall and carpet. I am also recommending them to a family member to maybe handle a mold problem in home they are considering buying.
Highly recommend! Russ came out right away. His knowledge and compassion exceeded expectations. We came home to a water line break and extensive flooding - Russ walked us through everything with patience and that truly helped our nerves!
