“John, the owner of the business actually returned my call promptly which may not seem like much but he was the only one to do so of the five plumbers I called. He came the same day we spoke and quickly fixed my leaking hot water connection enabling me to once again have hot water in the house. “We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. “My experience w Lindsay and son over five years has been very good in Oil Burner cleaning ; general plumbing repairs, septic pipe cleanouts . Young polite licensed men who can get parts needed. Prompt service. Recommended to a friend living in Bergen County when others gave her a run around, Lindsay came and fixed her plumbing issue. They are not cheap. Most of my experienced plumbers have either retired or died . And I have found others less than engendering trust or confidence.“

“Scott at Beck Brothers is the best in New Jersey in our book. He installed a heat pump system in our house that reduced our oil consumption from 3 1/2 tanks a year to one tank for the entire winter. He recommended a thermostat that tracked the out side temperature at our home as opposed to what the Internet says the temp should be. Made all the difference in the world. Recently, he found an issue with our 20-year-old, oil-burner furnace. Because he went the extra mile, he discovered we had a 99-year warranty on the heat exchanger (A Trane Company part). Saved us $2,500. I can tell you that anyone who rates Scott lower than five stars is not showing him the respect he deserves. Rock Star Hall of Fame!“
