We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. Dave has worked on several jobs at my home: re-routing pipes for a basement renovation, replacing old piping, fixing my dryer vent, and replacing the whole boiler and hot water heater system. He is very professional is very good at communicating status and keeping us updated.His pricing is fair and he is upfront about costs and any potential issues that can come up during the project. I also had a gas leak and Dave came right away on a Saturday to fix it which I really appreciated!
