BEWARE: I hired Terri to do my roof. After he was done my roof was leaking worse than it originally was. At first when I contacted him he came and told me that he would fix the issue but never came back and stopped answering my phone calls! I had to call another roofing company and they said he did a terrible job. My exhaust fan covers weren’t installed properly and the rain now goes over my gutters. I paid a lot of money to have his terrible job fixed but I lived and learned. Don’t make the same mistake I did… or do it… and kick yourself like I did. But at least you are warned, unlike me.
