Vince was very thorough and explained all facets of the roofing process and materials in layman’s terms. Several months ago, I had a warranty issue with my roof, My shingles were failing. Vince of Trinity Development did NOT do the original roof. I had nightmares of trying to make a claim with the manufacturer. I received multiple bids to redo the roof. I received these quotes and Vince was tied with the lowest, One roofer was almost double of Trinity Development .It turns out Vince uses Tamko products which was the shingle that failed originally. But he was somewhat familiar with the warranty process which put my mind at ease.He came to quote and did what no one did, he came prepared with reviews of his business and samples to take me through the entire roofing process....read full review
