“My condo had severe water damage in early January and Consolidated Environmental was the company that came to do the mold mitigation (commercial dehumidifiers, opening walls, and removing damaged flooring).I only have positive things to say about Felix's team (Jorge/George, Mauricio, and others). They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. “Our insurance company set it up for us when our pipes broke and our ceiling collapsed in our master bedroom doing a lot of damage. First the response team came with machines to dry everything out and remove the wet carpet. Then we had Jennifer come out to check the damage . She was great . Can't say enough about this very lovely young lady. They arranged a suitable date to start renovation and restoration. The men they sent were also amazing . Did the job in two days. Looks like this damage never happened. They put down the flooring we picked and redid the ceiling and all work to make our bedroom beautiful again. I will definitely use PD again. “Al Kiswani from Service Master Restoration Solutions is an angel. Period! My husband and I suffered major damage to our attic and master bedroom from the rains of Hurricane Henri and then the following week when Ida hit. Our insurance claim adjuster recommended Al as he had used him for work on his house. After Al and I spoke I knew we weren't going to reach out to anybody else. He got to work the next day taking down our ceilings and walls to do water remediation. He and his crew were always on time and Al was always available by call or text. In fact when I called him for an emergency leak at 7pm one evening, he was over an hour later and immediately knew where it was coming from and what to instruct our roofer - above and beyond! He and his crew did such a beautiful rebuild after the water remediation was over. That's another thing, Al is meticulous. Al and his crew made this ordeal for us as seamless as possible. There should be more contractors like Al. He's one of a kind.“
