John and Statewide Emergency Restoration Services were absolute life savers. They were fast to come out and identified the damage quickly. They were able to explain and show me the extent of the water damage and explained the restoration process. They were professional, tidy, and saved us from having to take down the whole ceiling. I would definitely recommend.
One of the best and well respected Restoration companies in the central jersey area as well as the entire state!...They are honest...trustworthy...respectful...knowledgeable and fair...there arent many companies out there that are still ran this way...they take the time to comfort customers especially when disasters strike and customers are lost for words...great company when disasters happen.....these are your guys to solve your problems!... I had some water backed up into my basement into adjacent room. The guys were awesome they answered all our questions, gave us tips on what to do going forward, they took all the old carpet out took all the old nailsand carpet staples out of the floor, they disinfect and sanitizer, measured and left their equipment to make sure everything dried.
