“Check in process was pretty quick, receptionist Emily was very nice and helpful to me. I came in with severe muscle spasms in my neck and arm, Emily got me a wheelchair chair so I did have to walk( trying to see if that would help me with the pain. I was in tears) . She gave me waters and continued to check on me and keep me updated in when I was getting seen. Of course I went in on the worse possible day due to their only being 1 provider in the building. I sat in the waiting room for about 2 hours or more in pain . Once I was seen it took them not even 5 minutes to figure out the problem, give me a shot of pain meds in my arm and prescribed meds.“

“I've been to this location a couple of times the people are nice there the healthcare professionals are Very competent. The problem is the wait time so long it's just a matter of how much staff they have and when you go. Still better than the ER.“

“My husband was treated like gold!He never waited in the ER they took him back and immediately started his care. He needed surgery and they had him in a room within3 hours of walking in the door. Amazing.Every employee we encountered were helpful and kind. He had several surgeries and was on every level of the hospital. Only thing I found was the need of a sign off the elevator at ICU.Thank you so much for your care.“

“Went there for a deep laceration that needed stitches with two follow-ups. They were fast, friendly and did a great job. Excellent staff and have zero complaints. Hopefully I never have to go there again, but if I do, I know it'll be a great experience.“
