“Check in process was pretty quick, receptionist Emily was very nice and helpful to me. I came in with severe muscle spasms in my neck and arm, Emily got me a wheelchair chair so I did have to walk( trying to see if that would help me with the pain. I was in tears) . She gave me waters and continued to check on me and keep me updated in when I was getting seen. Of course I went in on the worse possible day due to their only being 1 provider in the building. I sat in the waiting room for about 2 hours or more in pain . Once I was seen it took them not even 5 minutes to figure out the problem, give me a shot of pain meds in my arm and prescribed meds.“

“Dr. Patel is a great MD Doctor, I would highly recommend his services. He is my primary Dr. I have been seeing him since 2012 when I moved to NJ. He is patient and listens to my complaints and always finds a solution for any problems. It is a walk- in practices, no appointment necessary which I love. I can go see him any time during office hours. You will not be disappointed in any way with Dr. Patel. I give him 5 Stars.“
“Love that Cooper facilities are grouped together. This location has a surgical center, lab services, drs offices. There is a Subway and a pizza place in the same parking lot. The surgical center has a nice courtyard type (indoor) seating area with a refreshment stand that sells snacks to drinks and sandwiches. Comfortable place to wait while someone has a procedure.“
“I reserved a spot online before I went. I waited 15-20 minutes before I was put in a room. The Dr was very nice and caring. I was referred to the ER.“
“My daughter cut her finger at school, made an appointment quickly since it was close to school… the facility was immaculate, staff very friendly, and the a physician assistant was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, explained everything that was going to be done, such a great bed side manner, truly cares about the patients. I highly recommend this facility“
