“I recently had to use them on 2 occasions. Once for my dryer and the second time for my dishwasher. I was very impressed on both occasions. It was easy enough to make an appointment. They call you in the morning and give you a 2 hour window as to when they will come and both times arrived with in that window. I found that to be very convenient. The same gentleman, Mark, serviced both items and his work was efficient and effective and I thought their charges were reasonable. He was very patient to explain what was wrong and what action he would be taking to fix the problem. I am glad I found them.“
